2. Information Collected Automatically

When you submit the Growth Assessment, we capture basic, non-sensitive attribution information: the page address, the referring page, and standard campaign (UTM) parameters if they are present in the link you used. Our hosting and infrastructure providers also maintain standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate and secure the website.

This website does not currently use third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

3. Information Stored in Your Browser

While you complete the Growth Assessment, your in-progress answers and current step are saved in your browser's local storage so a page refresh does not lose your progress. Your name, email, and company are never stored in your browser. You can clear this data at any time using the "Retake Assessment" option or by clearing your browser storage.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and deliver your assessment results, including the result email you request.
• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To send occasional growth and systems insights — only if you check the optional marketing consent box. Marketing consent is never required to receive your assessment results, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

5. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business, and only for the purposes described in this policy:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management and communication platform, where assessment submissions and contact records are stored.
• Supabase — backend infrastructure that securely processes assessment submissions.
• Vercel — website hosting.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Text Messaging

If you text our business number, standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

• You can complete the assessment questions without providing contact information; contact details are required only to view and receive your results.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transmitting assessment submissions over encrypted connections and keeping integration credentials on secured servers rather than in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
